I started my career working at Pacific Union Residential Brokerage in San Francisco in 1988 - I was 18 years old. After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Science, in 1992, and receiving my real estate license I moved back to San Francisco and began a full time real estate career in residential leasing. In November of 1996 I moved to Silver Lake in Los Angeles and soon was an Executive Assistant at a small privately owned multifamily housing development company, SNK Development Inc. Over the years I quickly moved up the ranks to Development and Acquisitions Manager of SNK’s Southern California ventures. I oversaw the development of two 135+unit “Class A” mixed-use multifamily housing projects near Old Town Dilbeck Pasadena. These two projects were amongst the first of this type of development, we now see these developments all over California. In 2002 I moved to Coldwell Banker. In my first two years with Coldwell Banker I was recognized in their Diamond Society and specialized in Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Dilbeck Glendale, Dilbeck Pasadena, Altadena, Eagle Rock and Mt. Washington. In 2003, my family and I purchased our home in Dilbeck Glendale and had a second child; a girl. I’ve been moving people “East” ever since. It is not difficult to sell something that you love so much and believe in. In 2010 I moved to the La Cañada office of Dilbeck Real Estate. I pride myself in the detailed professional service that I provide to my clients. Many of my clients have been friends or become friends. The bulk of my business has been from repeat clients and referrals from past clients. Coming from a background of managing staff, a design team, a construction team and working with various cities in permitting and final plan approval, I am confident that details, multitasking and creating interesting marketing strategies are not extraordinary for me. I truly love people and architecture, and I find that putting the two together is so rewarding!
